By accessing or using Luman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

You agree to use Luman only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

• Copy, resell, or redistribute Luman without permission

• Violate data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

• Send spam or use the service for harassment

Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Subscriptions and purchases are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. We offer Free, Pro, and Team plans as detailed at luman.com/pricing.

Billing & Payments

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Monthly plans bill monthly; annual plans bill annually with 20% discount. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: All sales are final, no refunds. Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Luman. We store and process your data to provide the service. You can export your data anytime in CSV or Excel format.

Upon account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, and materials provided by Luman are the intellectual property of Luman Inc. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

Privacy & Security

We take data security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy at luman.com/privacy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

Luman is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if these terms are violated, payments fail, or your account is inactive for an extended period.

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support@luman.com.

AI Features & Integrations

AI-powered features (relationship scoring, predictions) are provided for informational purposes. Verify all AI recommendations before acting. We're not liable for decisions made based on AI insights.

When you connect email or third-party integrations, you grant us permission to access that data to provide the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters.
